We are conducting a survey of our customers that have been using our Mojo BluBlock reading glasses. Our blue block solutions are unique and new to the market and so far the feedback has been fantastic. In order to improve our products and the way we offer them on our site we need to hear from you. We want to collate the data, learn about your response to the products, and share your experience with these products with other potential customers. Survey entrants will automatically be entered into a drawing for prizes.

All blue block customers can fill out the survey once, and all entrants will be eligible for a drawing that we are holding on September 1st, 2015. If you have purchased glasses with either our Mojo BluBlock Tint or Mojo BluBlock AR coating, you can participate. If you have not purchased a product with a blue block solution you can do so by purchasing one. We are verifying participants by their name, e-mail, and order # so our data is as accurate as can be.

The survey takes a short 5 to 10 minutes to complete. As long as you have purchased one of our blue block products you can fill out the survey any time up to the cut off date, August 31st, 2015.

The Drawing

On September 1st, 2015 we will pull two names from the selection of survey submissions.

The first name will win a $200.00 Gift Certificate good towards anything in our ReadingGlassesEtc store.

The second name pulled will win a $50.00 gift certificate.

You can fill out the survey once only anytime up to August 31st, 2015.

The winner will be notified by the e-mail address provided.

All entrant's personal data is private and will not be shared.
