Free Shipping - USA

  • Shipping glasses is Free to all of the United States and U.S Territories.
  • Delivery time in the US is typically between 2 and 5 working days.
  • Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided.
  • Orders with one to three items ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Mail).
  • Orders with 4 items or more ship via USPS Priority Mail which arrives between 2 and 3 business days.

Free Returns - USA (New!)

NEW! If you return an item for Exchange or Store Credit within 30 days of purchase, for whatever reason, we will send you a pre-paid return label.

Exchange (Free Shipping)- Order the wrong lens power? Want a different (same priced) frame? We will send you a pre-paid return label.

Store Credit (Free Shipping)- Want something totally different? Once we send you the return label we will issue a Store Credit to your account for the amount paid for the item. You can then shop for something else and use the Store Credit Option at check out. Store Credits can only be applied if you have an account. If you do not have an account we will send you a coupon code instead.

What To Return - Just return the glasses. You do not need to return eyeglass cleaners and cloths.

Refund (You Pay Shipping)- If you return and item within 30 days of purchase and would like a refund, you pay the return shipping. Exceptions are if the product was defective or not what you ordered.

What To Return - Eyeglasses, case, cloth cleaners, in original condition.

RA NUMBERS - You must request a return through your account or by contacting us via email. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that needs to be included inside your package.

  • Log in to your account. Find the order. See "Return Item" ,or,
  • Go to our Contact Page.
  • Give us a reason for your return request.
  • Do you want a store credit, exchange, or refund?
  • We will send you a Return Number(RA#)
  • Ship the glasses back to us with the RA# on the inside of the box.
  • Once received, we will refund/or store credit your purchase.

Frame and Lens Warranties

30 Day Returns - You can return your glasses within 30 days of the order for any reason.

90 Day Warranty - If you have a problem with your glasses like, needing nose pads, scratched lenses, or bent frames, we can typically solve your problem. Use our Contact Page and tell us what issue you have and we will instruct further.

Other Limitations (USA)-

  • There is no Return/Refund on Gift Certificates.
  • FSA Returns- STORE CREDIT ONLY.*

  • We ship to Canada via USPS International based on weight.
  • 8oz. or less = $26.95 / 8-16oz = $35.95 / over 16oz = $42.95
  • $7.95 custom fee is included in the price.
  • The average delivery time is 7-12 working days.
  • Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Shipping - All Other Countries

  • Global Post at a fixed rate by total weight as follows:
  • 8 ounces or less = $25.00
  • From 8oz. to 2.25 Lbs = $35.00
  • From 2.25 to 4 Lbs = $50.00
  • The average delivery time is 7-10 working days for international shipments.
  • Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We are not responsible for any custom fees you may be required to pay in your country.

Returns - All International

Our policies are the same for international returns as USA returns but we do not pay return shipping.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees.

 

Our glasses are made-to-order. We do not offer overnight or expedited delivery because crafting the glasses takes some time. If you have a special request please contact us! We will do what we can to serve your needs.
