Shipping and Returns


We support the United States Postal Service. The USPS has an illustrious history and was founded by one of our heros, Benjamin Franklin. USPS is very reliable. We have shipped thousands of packages so far, all on time and with none lost.

Our Current Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping reading glasses is Free to all of the United States and U.S Territories.
  • We currently ship to Canada via USPS First Class International for $10.00 per order.
  • All other countries- USPS First Class International at the current rate by weight.
  • Accessories incur a flat $2.50 charge.
  • Delivery time in the US is between 2 and 4 working days.
  • The average delivery time is 7-14 working days for international shipments.
  • Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided.

*Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Shipping via USPS is based on weight and handling fees may be applied. We are not responsible for any custom fees you may be required to pay in your country.

We do not offer overnight or expedited delivery because most of what we do is custom work. Processing your reading glasses takes time.

Returns: Refunds/Store Credits/Exchanges:

We offer a 30 Day No-Hassle Guarantee on our reading glasses. You can return them for a refund, a straight exchange for a different power or same priced item, or a Store Credit*. You can request an RMA# by going to our contact page, or logging in to your account, selecting the order, and following the instructions for requesting an RMA#

*About Store Credits: One of the advantages of setting up an account with us (as opposed to checking out as a guest) is that you can return items for a store credit. This is a great feature with our store and our type of business. If you return an item or items and would like a store credit, select that option. Store Credits have no expiration and will work with our current sales. Once your Store Credit has been issued, you can log in to your account and shop for anything. The store credit is deducted automatically when checking out.

  • Log in to your account. Find the order. See "Return Item" ,or,
  • Go to our Contact Page.
  • Give us a reason for your return request. (We just want to know!)
  • Do you want a refund or a store credit?
  • We will send you a Return Number(RA#) to include on your package.
  • Ship the glasses back to us with the RA# on the outside of the box.
  • Once received, we will refund/or store credit your purchase.

Other Limitations-

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges unless an item was shipped incorrectly or was defective.
  • There is no Return/Refund on Gift Certificates.
